The First Samsung Android Galaxy S Phone i9000 2010 vs S20 Ultra 2020

In this video we’re going to be taking a look at the history of the Samsung Android Galaxy S phone – the i9000. Released in June 2010, it’s amazing to think it’s been 10 years since Samsung properly entered the Android phone business.

It’s interesting to take a look back at the history of the Samsung Galaxy S. How things were 10 years ago and how much (if any) things have changed. We’ll take a look at the initial Samsung Unpacked presentation. And have a look at what Samsung were trying to sell to us as ‘the next best thing’. We’ll also compare it to the Galaxy S20 Ultra and see how much has changed in the last 10 years! This includes an AnTuTu benchmark test just for fun.

My first Galaxy phone was the Galaxy S3 so I sadly missed out on the S1 when it first released. I was still a Symbian man back then 😁😎

You can check out my Galaxy S3 unboxing here from 8 years ago 😄
